Asia Pacific Congress in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Innovative Diagnostics in partnership with Natera presented the highly respected Dr. Dr. Tuangsit Wataganara who was the keynote speaker at the conference. His topic was “Embracing single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-based non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) in clinical practice.”
We also presented a major exhibit at the Congress and enjoyed incredible positive feedback in respect to the Panorama test from all the attendees.

Dr. Wataganara is an Associate Professor in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. He is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. His further fellowship training was at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, USA, with a special research interest in non-invasive prenatal genetic diagnosis. He has over 20 publications related to fetal medicine in international, peer-review journals in the past 10 years. Among his several prestigious awards, include an Outstanding Young Investigator Award from CNAPS III Meeting (USA, 2003), and Shan S. Ratnam Young Gynecologist Award from 20th AOCOG Meeting (Japan 2007). He is one of the pioneers in fetoscopic interventions and other minimally invasive fatal therapeutic procedures in the region.
